International Paper

International Paper manufacturing plant in Grand Prairie TX – March 29, 2019: Six recommendations were made in the report, four that will reduce electrical energy usage costs and two that target the natural gas usage cost of the plant. Estimated savings are $71,150/year, and implementation cost is estimated at $42,680, leading to a payback of approximately seven months a year. Additionally, emissions reductions are expected totaling 509 tons/yr for CO2 and 587 pounds/year for NOx.

Harsco IKG

Harsco IKG manufacturing plant in Channelview, TX – September 14, 2018: Eight recommendations were made in the report that will reduce electrical energy usage costs of the plant. Estimated savings are $12,630 per year, and implementation cost is estimated at $6,161, leading to a payback of 6 months. Additionally, emissions reductions are expected totaling 158 tons/yr for CO2 and 152 pounds/year for NOx.
